Wellness Guidance

Wellness Guidance (may be done in person or by phone)
Based on my understanding of ancient practices, current science and my own experience, I have come to believe we are energetic beings  having a physical experience. We have begun to believe we have separate parts of ourselves – the body, the mind and the spirit or soul. Experience shows us we are designed to function as a whole being; body, mind and soul, together. Healing must often take place in all three realms to achieve the balance and wholeness we need to live our best lives.

What is a Health and Wellness Guide and what can they do for me?

A Health and Wellness guide is there to help you find the right treatment options for your needs. We can translate medical terminology into everyday language, help you ask the right questions and identify the most important information to share with your health care provider. A Health and Wellness guide can review your medications, supplements and therapies to identify any potential interactions that may be present. A health guide can also help you set goals and take actions that help you achieve your best health. A guide can help you through the maze of health care options, offer explanations and guidance on combining different therapies/drugs and provide tools for you to make informed decisions regarding your health and treatment plans.

Initial Interview lasts about 25 minutes. (This time is designed to let us both explore your goals and determine if we will be able to work well together).

COMMENTS FROM CLIENTS

Wow! Thanks for the help with understanding how and what to eat once I discovered I am gluten intolerant. The book you found for me made it possible for me to eat at my inlaws over the holidays without being sick the whole time.

I am amazed and grateful for the time you spent helping me explore my health. Your ability to focus in on a specific action to monitor and how to talk to my doctor about it has changed dramatically how I feel, the medications I take and my confidence in dealing with my doctors and my illnesses. Thanks you for what you do.

Phyllis L.
