Advanced Holistic Healing Arts offers sessions designed to support the individual to achieve optimum health and wellness.  We provide services for those desiring to relax and distress as well as clinical session for those recovering from illness, injury or chronic compensatory patterns leading to restriction in movement and activity.

Clinical/Rehabilitation Massage
Clinical massage focuses on promoting healing to injured tissues resulting from trauma or chronic overuse.  Clinical massage combines several techniques designed to minimize scarring and movement restriction.  These techniques could include:  trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, fascial release, stretching and hydrotherapy.

The initial session lasts approximately 90 minutes and includes assessment, planning and initial therapy application.

Each subsequent session will last between 40 and 50 minutes - Cost: $65-$80

Medical Massage
Medical massage utilizes specialized techniques designed to assist the body with healing following injury or illness. Our medical background in Nursing and Medical Massage allows us to work with individuals who, due to ongoing disease processes, i.e. chemotherapy, insulin pumps, lymphadema, etc., may normally be prevented from receiving massage. The session may incorporate many modalities, including fascial release, lymphatic drainage, neuromuscular therapy, negative pressure massage or aromatherapy. The initial session lasts approximately 90 minutes and includes assessment, planning and initial therapy application.

Esalen Style Relaxation Massage
Designed to help the individual relax mind, body and spirit, Esalen style full body therapeutic massage uses warm oil or lotion and long  gliding strokes to induce relaxation. Sessions may be 60, 90 or 120 minutes in length.

Negative Pressure Cupping Massage
An ancient technique introduced into modern practice that creates suction to assist with draining excess fluids and toxins, loosening adhesions and lifting connective tissue.  Individuals often experience a deep warmth, improved range of movement, and a sense of deep relaxation long after the treatment has ended. Often includes a special aromatherapy blend to enhance the benefits of the treatment.

Treatment usually lasts 60 minutes.

Aromatherapy Cocoon
This 60 minute treatment combines negative pressure cupping massage with aromatherapy in a warm, comfortable cocoon to help the body absorb the essential oils and liniments.  This procedure can be customized to help with detoxification, relaxation and insomnia, depression, smoking cessation support or other concerns the individual may express.
